Out of box is a concept to empower the differently abled friends and help them to build the leadership skills. We selected few candidates to deliver the skill development sessions, at various stages in the society.Ramya gave the first session at Calicut, now she is one of the coordinator of the auspicious event swapnachitra. Second session was at freebirds kozhikode and we had sign language learning session also
